What We’re Looking For

Civil Engineer
(EIT or PE)

CAD Technician (Civil 3D proficiency required)

Whether you are early in your career or an experienced designer, we provide the tools, mentorship, and project variety to help you grow and succeed.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead or support the design of grading, drainage, utility, and roadway systems for residential, commercial, industrial, and public projects
  • Conduct site visits and field investigations to inform design decisions
  • Prepare construction plans, drainage reports, modeling, and permitting packages
  • Coordinate with developers, architects, municipalities, and agency staff
  • Assist with project budgets, schedules, and documentation from concept through construction
  • Help navigate local, state, and federal permitting processes (TCEQ, FEMA, SWPPP, etc.)
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a strong, supportive team culture

What We’re Looking For

  • Civil Engineer: BS in Civil Engineering with EIT or PE license (Texas preferred)
  • Knowledge of H&H software (HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS) is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a team-first mindset
  • Commitment to high-quality work that improves the communities we serve
  • CAD Technician: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D with experience in grading, utilities, and plan production
